  Quick to respond and to attend to give an initial quote, highly skilled and knowledgeable, thoroughly professional, extremely friendly and fairly priced. Mo explained clearly what needed to be done at every stage and he and Freddy took all the complications of the job in their stride and without any fuss. He also made sure we were happy with the work he had done before signing off from the job. Would highly recommend - any drainage issues, big or small, he's your man!

  Efficient, friendly and thoroughly professional electrical services

  Jack arrived promptly and well prepared for the job in hand.  He assessed the cause and rectified the problem thoroughly and efficiently.  Will definitely be using him and his company, Ground Electrical again and would thoroughly recommend his services.  Very friendly and professional, he clearly knows his stuff - great to have peace of mind in the knowledge of a job well done!

  Washing machine kept stopping mid-cycle

  Friendly, professional and quick to respond, Malcolm diagnosed and repaired the problem (a broken filter that needed replacing) and made sure all was in working order before leaving. Reasonably priced and very reliable - excellent level of service all round.
