Jack was professional, thorough and tidy. He arrived on time with the required supplies which we agreed he would source in advance. Jack was very responsive when discussing different options in advance of the visit and gave guidance where needed. He came across as polite and respectful within our home. He hoovered up afterwards and plugged things back in so it was like he was never here! We have asked him to come back to install an electric towel rail in our downstairs toilet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. A highly positive experience all round. Jack of Ground Electrical did an excellent job in removing old under-cupboard wiring that was blocking an appliance from being removed/installed, and installed excellent-quality replacement wiring.
