Adam turned up on time, and explained what work he would do, if found necessary. He carried out a thorough examination and carried out the repairs and maintenance work necessary. He explained the work as he was going along and showed us the damaged/badly worn parts. Really excellent job carried out in a professional and friendly manner. Fantastic- he knew what the issue was just from talking over the phone, brought the replacement part, visited promptly and even rearranged a less urgent job so he could sort our repair more quickly. Machine has been functioning perfectly since, and he showed me the old part that he replaced at the end (gunked up old pump).
