  Friendly, professional and quick to respond, Malcolm diagnosed and repaired the problem (a broken filter that needed replacing) and made sure all was in working order before leaving. Reasonably priced and very reliable - excellent level of service all round.

  Drum wasn’t turning due to a teddy splitting open

  Adam was great. He managed to clear all of the stuffing from my machine and had it working again in no time. In fact it now works better than it did before. I’m really pleased and will definitely call again if I need to the future.

  Worn out brushes

  Excellent communication from the start, was able to get to us within 48 hours (over the weekend) and he diagnosed worn out brushes and replaced them, all within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend 👌
