  Multiple jobs including installations, removals etc

  Jacob came with a colleague and they were both very efficient, with great communication, polite, listened to and followed instructions, and the quality of their work was great. I was very impressed and would use again.

  Excellent work, just some minor issues with responsiveness and scheduling

  Work quality (10/10): Very efficiently performed. The engineer who performed the work (Oz) was very friendly and helpful. The report sent afterwards was comprehensive and complete. Communication (8/10): Very thorough, however not particularly responsive as I usually had to wait around 1 day after each message to get a reply. Reliability (7/10): On the day of the initial visit we were told the engineer would not be available at the agreed time and tried to come at another time when we were not available. However we managed to reschedule for another day and he was punctual on that second day.
