I needed a plumber I could trust who knew what they were doing, I found TapIntoPlumbers and sent across the jobs I needed doing, sink repair, tap repair, shower unit sorting and toilet cistern parts. I was provided with a quote in advance and proceeded. Oz arrived, reviewed all the jobs I needed and sorted them with the right parts and had everything done the way I wanted and to the standard I expected. They are now my go to for Plumbing jobs. Lisa was excellent to deal with and I am grateful there are honest people that are reliable in the trade. I have used Tap Into Plumbers on three occasions, twice for plumbing and once for a central heating issue. Lisa communicated very well and swiftly in respect of my needs and appointments. Oz has always been polite, professional, a tidy worker and respectful of my home. I was recommended this company by a person in our village. I have used Oz on 3 separate occasions and his work has been quick, efficient and one of the best value tradesman I have ever used. I’m so glad that I have now found a plumber who doesn’t mind the “small jobs”, because it is so hard to find people that want to do these type of jobs as they all seem to want to do a full bathroom refurb rather than fixing what is already installed.
