A/C vent hole through external wall and floating shelf fitting

Late arrival and only communicated through app. Unable to complete shelf fitting despite this being part of the agreed quote, citing hollow walls -something that could have been established beforehand. The vent cover fitted had no insect mesh as requested. Laid drill equipment on cream carpet without adequate protection, leaving black marks requiring carpet cleaning. Charged full £280 despite only doing half the job, but instead changed light bulbs which wasn’t part of the job. Would not use again.
