  Paul arrived promptly as agreed. He arranged for power cables to be shrouded to allow him to safely work on the guttering. Job done satisfactory, no more dripping when it rains. I would recommend him.

  No one arrived on the agreed appointment day. I messaged them after waiting in all afternoon and they said they would come the next day. I understand that things can come up, but it would have been better if they had let me know. When he did come the next day he did a good job and I was very happy with the work
