    Following a recent water meter replacement, the stopcock was leaking and NWL sent someone from B & K Electricals (sorry, didn't get his name). He was here within an hour, checked everything over and fitted a new part to the stopcock which stopped the leak. Friendly, efficient, professional and very helpful. 5 star service. Would certainly recommend this company.

    Left to fix leaks myself.

    I ended up fixing the leaks myself even though I paid a professional. Plumber arrived, found tundish spring was stuck, broke it open and put it back. He didn't stay long enough to fix the leaks from above and below the tundish which still leaked. I was so disappointed I replaced the tundish and taped the connections myself. The other leak under the sink needed a part and even though I sent a detailed description of the problem and photos, the plumber didn't arrive with a dishwasher tube. Fixed that myself too. What an expensive waste of time. I wanted to use this firm for electrics and plumbin
