  Alan from B&K Elecricals completed the works in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and explained every step of the work he was to complete. He then reviewed all of the work undertaken with us post completion. His customer service is excellent and delivered with a pleasant demeanour. We are now looking to utilise B&K for other works at home. Well done and thank you Alan.

  Leaky stopcock/boiler breakdown

  A big thank you to Alan Hall who originally came to fix a leak on my stopcock. I had the same day 2 plumbers from a different company come to look at my central heating boiler who told me my Hive thermostat was not working and then left. As a matter of interest i discussed this with Alan who proceeded to take a quick look at my boiler to discover the two previous engineers had blown a fuse and now left me with no hot water. Booked Alan in the next day who got the job done correctly. Alan went over and above to help and would definitely recommend your company. Much gratitude to Alan and B&K
