  Very swift response and the lad was here within a couple of hours, on a Friday evening no less. Thankfully the problem had kind of resolved itself by the time he arrived, but he still did a few tests, checked a few of our wall sockets and gave us some good advice and clear direction in what to do next, just to be sure.
