Absolutely first class job, we’re delighted with result. Communication from initial contact to completion was excellent. Works were executed to agreed programme, on budget (no nasty surprise variations) and property left clean and tidy. Recently had Paul and the team do some repairs to the roof of our new home. From start to finish the experience was second to none. Paul was extremely good, coming out to inspect the work required, listening to us and providing his expertise and guidance. I loved that the quote was broken down and very clear what was going to be done. Paul and the team were prompt, efficient, very tidy, got the job done as described, communicating throughout the work their progress. From meeting Paul at top hat roofing to get a quote, to the day the job was completed it was all very professional with regular updates and digital invoices. Top Hat were recommended by a colleague at work. From the start of my enquiry contact Top Hat we're polite,efficient & punctual. Price quoted for the work was very competitive,guys turned up date/time as agreed,were good craic,grafted all day & did a great job. The GRP Cappings came off of our roof during the last storm. I contacted Paul at Tophat roofing and he responded within 30 mins. He was freindly and very professional. He turned up to look at the job when he said he would and sent the quote through very quickly. It was by no means an easy fix as other roofer's had re fixed them but not properly! Paul explained exactly what was needed to secure them properly and during horrendous weather conditions he completed the job and also replaced some tiles that had been cracked and badly repaired by the previous roofer. Hi , I'm Paul Dunne the owner of TopHat Roofing . I have just left my position at the biggest housing provider in the North of England to set up my own business . I am honest , polite , punctual and highly skilled in all fields I cover . I pride myself on providing a professional service , top quality workmanship at a fair and honest price . I served my apprenticeship with (at the time) the second biggest construction company in the country and spent 6 years thereafter. I left to work with a local council befor moving up north after another 6 years. I secured a position with the biggest housing provider in the North of England where I stayed for another 5 years . I have worked on hundreds or thousands of residential properties working with customers from all walks of life and I absolutely love my job and this shows in every part of my service . From first contact to the finishing touches . There's no job too big or small I won't take on and always happy to help . All photos are provided of work .
