  Excellent service. Firstly, replied very promptly to our enquiry, with the appoint being made for later in the week. Note this was not an urgent repair. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and very honest with his recommendations, which would have meant less money for him. Very pleased

  The receptionist was friendly and efficient. As was the engineer, who arrived on time, providing a verbal report at the end, which was followed up by an e-mailed certificate. Excellent.
