  Tom promptly answered all of my messages and arranged a visit to carry out a repair. He was friendly and provided honest information about the repair of the appliance. He was reliable and easy-going. Would use him again.

  Excellent service. Firstly, replied very promptly to our enquiry, with the appoint being made for later in the week. Note this was not an urgent repair. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and very honest with his recommendations, which would have meant less money for him. Very pleased
