Tonepohl have just finished a complete overhaul of an old and extremely quirky central heating system in a large and rambling house. They took in their stride all the inevitable problems that arose, as well as being respectful of the property and its elderly owner. It was dark, it was well out of hours and Carl had his engineer Tim to us within 15 minutes to repair our under warranty failed boiler pump. I’d really recommend them. Called with my boiler not working someone was with me within half an hour! And managed to fix it and Carl even called to check how they were getting on.
