  Conservatory roof upgrade and window replacement, bedroom window replacement

  Work was completed to a high standard except for some gaps left in the corner of the conservatory (against the wall) which we will need to fill in with caulk. Communication at the start and end of the process (securing business and payment) was very good but became a little patchy throughout the job when it came to times & dates of work being completed. Work was all done at different times and by different people but overall very happy with the improvements to our home and the peace of mind this has provided.

  Bath taps & shower head replacement

  Raised the work request on Saturday morning and they came on Sunday afternoon. Did have to chase arrival time but they came promptly after. Issue was promptly diagnosed, quote given immediately and work carried out about an hour later.

  Conservatory guttering leak

  Pros: Jason turned up early and was thorough, making sure to test and adjust the guttering several times until the leak was fully eliminated. Cons: Jason didn’t provide all his own equipment so a part of the guttering was propped up on stones and my ladder, mop bucket and door handles ended up covered in adhesive.
