Repaired leaking gutter joints.

Jason at JWL Property Maintenance repaired two leaking gutter joints for me, including one in a very difficult location above my conservatory. He was professional, persistent and determined to solve the problem properly. The repairs were tested and proved watertight. Excellent service, fair pricing and another job well done. Highly recommended.

Repaired and rehung front gate, fitted hinges/latch, serviced back gate

Really pleased with the work Jason carried out for me. My front gate had badly dropped over time and wouldn’t latch properly, but he quickly identified that the brace had originally been fitted the wrong way round. He explained everything clearly, fitted new hinges and latch hardware, and the gate now works perfectly. He was friendly, professional and very tidy while working. He also took a look at my back gate, found the posts were loose, and for a very fair extra £30 managed to get it serviceable again until the posts can be replaced. It’s refreshing to find someone who clearly knows what
