5 Shower leak

Definitely payed over the odds, wanted to claim back track and trace on the leak but was evident where the leak was coming from! And charged £350 to cut the ceiling where the water leak was, invoice information didn’t even have this on to claim back from insurance and was told they would get back to me and still waiting, definitely get some pricing before committing to this company, £900 quid to fix a waste pipe in a shower!!Verified reviewerJob location: TS27Response from North East Property Maintenance and Building Ltd
Hi, Thanks for the feedback. Our trace and access charges are well within normal market rates with these often being £500+ just for the trace and access. In this instance we explained the options available and agreed everything with you before any work was undertaken.
