  Updated intruder alarm system.

  From the first visit, Kyle and Ollie were courteous, professional and respectful to me and my property. They even removed their shoes without being asked! A full explanation of the system was given, questions were answered professionally and respectfully. A report was submitted and I received a quote that afternoon. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Minimal mess, which they cleaned up. A full demonstration of the system was given. Communications prior to and post work completion were timely. A quality firm quality product, reasonably priced.

  Damp proofing around fire place

  From first contact, Glen was very professional, explained, in detail, the work required. Turned up with Adam and Ryan, on time. Completed the work in one day. On finding one or 2 snags, (not big ones) they returned within 30 minutes of contact to correct them. Couldn’t ask for better service. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend Glen’s company.

  Damp proofing around hearth in living room.

  I have no hesitation in recommending Owen’s Properties for all damp proofing work. From first contact, Glen was totally professional and courteous. He explained everything about the job. The price agreed was very reasonable. Glen, Adam and Ryan turned up on time, were very respectful of my property and took all rubbish away with them. Even hoovered up and damp mopped the hall floor!! The work was carried out to the highest standards. Thank you so much.
