  I needed new windows. I had various quotes from companies all way over priced and pushy sales pitches. Gentleman from Excel came out looked at all of my windows and kindly told me which windows did not need replacing and give a very reasonable quote. Work carried out was great, took all rubbish away and even swept up. Got them back to install patio doors. Excellent service and price. Highly recommend.

  New front door for the wife's birthday. Price was competitive but main thing was they're local to me, and they'd also made a good job of my daughter's windows with excellent backup. Our fitter was late and apologised, probably needed time to get going after Christams break. I wasn't bothered at all, but good of him to explain. Excellent workmanship, not sure he enjoyed my coffee though! Very neat, clean job expertly fitted. Quality door and lock, spare keys were welcome.

  Had windows from them before so was first choice to replace windows this time! What a mistake . Adam came out in aug to quote for aluminium windows high spec promised half as slim as upvc! Double the cost but we wanted the best and ordered.took them 3 months to get to the point of signing contract the waited till dec for fitting! So excited! The fitter was to remove bedroom window put a lintel in and fit new windows high spec. Didn't support soldier course properly (piece of wood with 4 screws holding 32 bricks up) told me they collapsed they lied!he removed them!then refuse to fix damage or e

  We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. Before any contract was entered into, there was no obligation to proceed or pay until the cost, specification and aluminium profile were fully agreed. A physical sample window was provided and approved in writing. During removal of an existing window, previously weathered masonry became unstable; this condition existed prior to our works and was explained at the time. As there is an ongoing contractual dispute and legal advice is being sought, it would be inappropriate to comment further publicly.

  The company was honest, reliable and easy to contact. They came when they said. The work was on time, efficient and took the old door and fitting away. Left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
