  Replacement tap fitting

  My kitchen tap was working but wobbling to the point of being unusable - it had come loose and I couldn’t tighten it. Michael offered his services and I purchased the new tap - he was quick to respond, clear in what it would cost, arrived exactly on time and was quick to not only do the job, but having seen the situation, he advised that he could sort the original tap out, hence saving me money by getting a refund. Sound guy too, will keep his number for future.

  Investigate boiler issues, eventually replacing the boiler

  I have a complex heating set up at our Victorian house, with my previous heating guy who was great at finding solutions to small issues - but in the end he was stumped by the boiler problem and so I ended up calling Louis at Synergy for a second opinion. From the very beginning I was impressed with Louis’ response time, advice and speed of arranging the first investigation. Long story short, a few visits later Niall and his team had made various attempts to fix the issue and explained everything perfectly to me. In the end, the boiler had to be at fault and they replaced it in one day.
