  Leaking Kitchen Isolator Valve

  I was in need of a plumber quickly to fix a leaking isolator valve at my elderly mother in laws house. Michael responded quickly on a Sun afternoon, and arranged to visit early on Mon. He arrived when he said he would, communicated effectively whilst here and was very thorough to ensure all issues were investigated and fixed. I will be keeping the contact details in case we need a similar service in the future....thanks a lot Michael.

  Michael went above and beyond

  Michael went completely above and beyond. When my wife's ring was lost behind our water tank, Michael came to remove the tank but we couldn't find it, so I thanked him and asked to stop searching. Instead, he brought a probe and kept inspecting the wall cavity. He understood how important it was and found the ring against all odds. His persistence and genuine empathy were incredible.   Just moved house previous tenant messed up plumbing

  Just moved house and the previous tenant messed up plumbing so we couldn’t plumb in the washing machine. Used checkatrade on a Saturday night and the plumber text me back within 30 mins asking what the issue was and offering advice and help. Did troubleshooting of problem through Saturday night and Sunday day and offered to come out first thing Monday offering (what I believe) a fair price. Turned up on time and fixed issue quite quickly and effectively. Waited to ensure that no issues before leaving. Excellent service, fair price, great communication Would recommend services to anyone.

  Needed a leaking tap fixed

  Michael said he would be at my house between 10am - 12.....then at 11:30am he messaged to say he'd be there between 12 - 2pm. I took the morning off work to wait in for him. Unreliable, so I cancelled and will get someone else to come out,

  I did estimate I would be at their property between 10-12 when we originally booked the appointment ,once I had completed the job prior to the job she booked in however unfortunately I run into some issues on the job prior to them so I messaged her at 10.36 explaining that things wasn't going to plan and that I was sorry if it would cause any inconvenience but it would be more likely that I would arrive between 12-2 so she wasn't sat wondering where I was .They wasn't happy with this and explained how she would get a reliable plumber who turns up at the time. Unfortunately with the trade I do sometimes you run into unforeseen issues and the job I'm currently on has to take priority in that moment ,which may result in jobs being pushed back by an hour or two.Most customers I've come across have a understanding of this however they didn't seem to.
