  Excellent Service with Good Value for Money.

  I have previously used Synergy Heat and had been most impressed with all elements of their work, value for money and communication. I support my brother who has autism and a learning disability so when he needed a new central heating boiler I did not look for quotes from different firms - I went directly to Synergy Heat. Louis was most understanding and supportive regarding my brother's challenges and he made approriate allowances. Consequentially from the initial assessment, value for money quote through to the installation, all went smoothly. Louis team were friendly and very professional.

  Boiler fitting

  We had a new boiler fitted and a leak diagnosed and rectified in a shower. Sam and Harvey did a great job for us.

  Great experience and service

  Synergy were recommended by a friend of the family. I couldn’t be happier with Louis and his team. We had a full boiler replacement and a slightly complex radiator install. The team who completed the work were brilliant start to finish, extremely knowledgeable, considerate and professional. We expected, per previous experience to be asking the questions and being left with a fair amount of mess but the experience was the direct opposite. Engineers were informative, tidy and really efficient. Highly recommended.

  Synergy Heat are a pleasure to deal with

  Synergy went out of their way to help with a leaking hot water cylinder just a few days before Christmas. Louis, in the office, was extremely helpful and Sam, the engineering, was prompt, polite and extremely efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will contact them soon to discuss a central heating system change over. Highly recommended

  No worries.

  Our previous boiler service company let us down this year, so we arranged for Synergy Heat to do the service, via Checkatrade. As a new team were coming, we were unsure of the service they would supply. In reality we should not have worried, as they gave multiple messages of the time they would arrive, and did so as promised. The service was efficient, and their report was more in depth than our previous guys, better information and recommendations. We have booked them again for next years service and can recommend them to other customers.
