  Excellent quality work and efficient service

  I had a leak in 2 upstairs bedrooms and posted the job on checkatrade. Was contacted by James who was excellent. Fantastic customer service and kept me informed throughout the whole process. James and the people he came with were polite and efficient. I got to see the job, before and after the work, which reaured me it was all correctly completed. Fully water tested and no leak! Would highly recommend Spartan Property Maintenance to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to rebook for future work, which I'm hoping is not needed!

  Reduced the height of fern trees

  Jimmy was brilliant, the job was arranged quickly after I was provided a free no obligation quote. 2 people arrived and my trees were cut down and the branches taken away in a few hours. Very professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend 👌

  Carl came to replace a faulty shower.

  The communication with Carl was brilliant. From receiving the job, he was responsive, quick to fit me in and arrived on time. The supply and fit of the new shower was done extremely professionally and at a very reasonable price. He was polite, respectful and efficient and would highly recommend.
