Downstairs wc basin tap and waste fitting

On requesting quotes for fitting our new downstairs wc tap and waste unit, Carlos reached out very quickly and his communication was excellent. He rearranged some of his appointments to accommodate and came through the next morning. He was very friendly, polite and extremely professional. He discussed what was required, explained everything and did a sterling job. I would not hesitate to use Carlos (Responsive Plumbing) in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. Toilet leaking repair& kitchen overflow pipe reconnecting

We are very pleased with his work. He is professional and considerate, offering us a competitive quote and always responding promptly. He even rescheduled another job to fit ours in, as we couldn’t stop the running water. He keeps all the necessary spare parts in his van, allowing him to complete the job efficiently without having to source materials elsewhere.

Out of multiple plumbers I tried and explained my job, Carl was the only one who actually responded back. Carl advised me when dealing with United Utilities who I needed to coordinate with to help fix my leaking tap. There's too much detail to explain here what happened, but in short Carl was the one who responded, provided advice and when it came to the actual work, arrived on time, was quick and efficient, great price. Most certainly will hire again.
