  Carl was absolutely first class, i required advice on my leaking kitchen tap, he was with us within the hour, he replaced my kitchen tap, great price! , communication was spot on, and such a lovely genuine guy! We will defiantly be using Carl again in the future for any other plumbing issues.

  Re-routing of radiator pipes

  Carl is always our first point of call when we need any plumbing repairs or maintenance. Today he replaced some old unsightly "above ground' radiator pipes and moved them under the floorboards. They now look a lot neater and as usual a very thorough, professional job with no mess. Carl explained everything he was doing and made sure the whole heating system was back up and running before leaving. His communication is second to none and he always turns up when he says he will.

  Leaky valve and faulty flush

  Consistent and helpful with his input from my initial enquiry through quoting stage to the day of the job. Turned up promptly at the agreed time. Changed the flush systems of both the toilets which was giving me trouble. Work satisfactorily done at a reasonable price.

  Carl came to replace a faulty shower.

  The communication with Carl was brilliant. From receiving the job, he was responsive, quick to fit me in and arrived on time. The supply and fit of the new shower was done extremely professionally and at a very reasonable price. He was polite, respectful and efficient and would highly recommend.

  Broken pipe under bath, leaking through dining room ceiling

  I came downstairs to water flooding through my dining room light fixture. I called Carl and explained the situation, he said he would see what he could do. Half an hour later he was able to fit us in and not much longer he was at my house, he was able to fix the problem with the waste water pipe quickly and was overall lovely. Such a sweet man! And the price was amazing, he is now saved on our phones in case of any other issue pop up! Thank Carl!

  New pipe and valve to connect mains feed to washing machine

  Carl was very responsive and gave a fair and clear quote based on photos I sent over on WhatsApp. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly, talking me through what he had done before he left. He also did another small job for free whilst he was here. Would definitely recommend
