5/5⭐! Carl did an excellent job fixing my toilet by installing a new flush valve. He was polite, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. From the very first conversation, he took the time to walk me through my bathroom tap issue clearly, patiently with options. He assessed everything from photos I sent, explained what was needed, provided a fair, accurate quote upfront. Carl kept me updated at every stage - confirming parts, booking in the repair, and checking in before arrival. He ordered the exact parts required and turned up fully prepared.
