  After a berry bad experience with another roofer I contacted Spatan property maintenance and my hod my faith in tradesman has been restored James co and Liam where amazing have me a professional quote and the work was done to perfection left the site pristine after aswell would highly recommend this company thank you Spartan for everything

  I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roof. James and Coco are super reliable and really know what they’re doing. They explained everything in a way that made sense and have gone above and beyond for us . It’s hard to find people who actually care and take pride in their work, but these two definitely do. Highly recommend!

  Excellent quality roofer

  Extremely reliable friendly service and great communications. James and Coco did a great job in repairing my slate roof and kept me informed at every stage of the costs, always giving me options and advice and showing video and photos. Also did some extra work wilst carrying out the repairs. Really satisfied with the quality of work and the results and will certainly call them for any future work. Highly Recommended.

  Detailed inspection of roof

  Only roofer who seemed to take a careful look at the job before quoting, ie took a drone up to look at the room and went into the loft space to look at the supports and felting. Explained well the problem and gave options for solutions. Took photos to demonstrate problems that needed repair. Discussed different options and their pros and cons. Completed work efficiently.

  Leaking roof

  I had a leaking roof which was an emergency job due to all the rain. The company got back to me really quickly and classed it as an emergency. Job was done very smoothly and quickly, the quality was fantastic. Once job was completed pictures and videos were sent as proof of completion, couldn’t be happier with the finished product definitely would recommend.
