  After a storm one of our roof tiles became lose and we weren't sure where to get a good and reliable roofer.We checked on here and were contacted by James from Spartans Property Maintenance and so glad he did!He came by the day after and gave us his professional opinion and a fair quote.He is such an easy and professional trader to talk to that I felt confident enough to show him another problem with a leaking in one of the rooms.He identified the problem instantly and came back to do all the jobs with two young lads that were very polite and extremely good workers.Thank you so much!   We had a great experience with Spartan Property Maintenance. Mark and his colleagues quickly identified the problem and explained to us clearly what needed to be done. The work was carried out promptly and professionally using high quality materials at the agreed price. The problem has been solved and Mark even gave us recommendations for the future.   Excellent service, James was very helpful in breaking down what the issues with the roof were and how much each would cost. Very thorough and the work was completed in one day like he promised all just in time for Christmas too. Very pleased with the standard of work and efficiency. Would highly recommend this company.
