  I had a toilet that kept flushing. The same pipework also supplied the washing machine with water. There was no isolation valve in the pipework. Since the toilet flushing needed to replaced he put in two isolation valves, a main one and one to the toilet cistern should there be any further issues. He put in a better toilet flushing system. He was very helpful and explained all what he was doing. He was delayed coming to the appointment since he had to deal with an emergency but the company administrator kept me up to date.

  Fixing roof

  There were issues with my roof which I had asked them to do and Wesley took time to explain the problems with my roof and the necessary steps he had to take to rectify them. They were all very polite and took the time to clear up after them. Wesley was also willing to come back if there were issues.

  Take out old shower doors and framework after it had been damaged ove time by hard water

  The repair was organised and it was efficiently carried out. He took out the old shower framework and installed the new one. He reported further issues with sealant that had deteriorated and sorted that out. He did require an extra pair of hands to dismantle the framework in order to get it down the stairs. No problem for me to help.
