  Flat roof kitchen extension. Water leak at corner of skylight.

  Wes was excellent and friendly from start to finish. Offered me itemised quotes for three options, ranging from a short-term patch, to a full roof re-surfacing. Other roofers would only do the full re-surfacing: but Wes was happy to do a short-term patch, as I was short of cash as a new home buyer. Also had tips for future work e.g. chimneys, rooftile cleaning etc.: but was clear on what jobs would actually be necessary. Will recommend to friends, and am keeping him on speed-dial. :)

  Fixing roof

  There were issues with my roof which I had asked them to do and Wesley took time to explain the problems with my roof and the necessary steps he had to take to rectify them. They were all very polite and took the time to clear up after them. Wesley was also willing to come back if there were issues.

  Elmacre Roofing has excellent aftercare.

  Elmacre provides excellent aftercare. Since having work on our roof the gutter was not quite functioning correctly and we found a tile with a small chip. With no fuss Wes and the team returned to adjust the gutter and replace the tile and now is all fine. When here Wes even had a look at a friend’s house opposite - he diagnosed the problem and made a temporary fix free of charge. Thank you so much Wes for all your help. Again I would not hesitate to recommend Elmacre Roofing.

  A fantastic experience from start to finish! A refurb of a large roof on an old house was a large investment so we needed to feel confident. Wes put us at ease from the moment he came out to quote. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgable. He used to a drone to check the roof so we could see issues, this was also used later to show progress. His team are a pleasure to have working around your property. They were polite and respectful, keeping everywhere as clean as possible. I highly recommend Elmacre Roofing, you won't be disappointed! We have already had extra work done. Thank you
