  Moving in deep clean

  An update to my previous review 09/25. This trade reached two days later, genuinely apologetic for the quality service I received. They had apparently gotten a different team to do my job, due to a double booking. It was an overall positive conversation and they were open to feedback. They offered a part refund which I have accepted.

  Ken was excellent to work with throughout. Very patient while I was deciding on my carpet choice and the quality of work was excellent. 100% recommend!

  Moving in deep clean

  The company initially tried to cancel my cleaning on the morning of the appointment due to a double booking. After I insisted, they arranged cleaners, but the service was far below expectations. There were cobwebs, dust, dirty blinds, and untouched kitchen cupboards and fridge. I had to re-clean the property myself. I attempted to share feedback, but aside from one missed WhatsApp call, they made no further effort to contact me, and my own calls were never returned. Very disappointing experience overall.
