  Outstanding Service — Full Deposit Returned!

  White Regal did an amazing end-of-tenancy clean on our 3-bed semi. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and worked with great attention to detail. Every room was spotless — carpets refreshed, kitchen and oven shining, and bathrooms sparkling. The place looked better than when we moved in. Our landlord was impressed and we received our full deposit back. Highly recommend White Regal for reliable, thorough cleaning and excellent service.

  This is an update on a previous negative review. The company reimbursed me for the bad experience and I suspect it was a one-off anomaly. They were very concerned and quick to respond to resolve the issue. I'm grateful for their resolution.

  Not good, avoid

  Really poor job. Paid for a moving-out deep clean. Was told two cleaners would arrive but only one did. The job was too big for one person so they didn't do a proper job in the time they had at all and left a lot of dirt and dust. The landlord was very unhappy (rightly so) with the job and charged us again for another deep clean.

  Very professional team

  Outstanding service! The team was very professional, polite and friendly. They took very good care of our house and left it sparkly new. They didn’t left until it was all done and didn’t left a single corner of the house without being cleaned. If I ever move again I will be using them without a doubt. Very worth the price. Thanks so much!

  Moving in deep clean

  An update to my previous review 09/25. This trade reached two days later, genuinely apologetic for the quality service I received. They had apparently gotten a different team to do my job, due to a double booking. It was an overall positive conversation and they were open to feedback. They offered a part refund which I have accepted.
