  Cleaning was done professionally, with attention to detail. The house was not fully empty, which caused a but if confusion, but the team found a solution to clean thoroughly even with obstacles.

  Dangerous Company - Do Not Use

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I booked a deep clean and within an hour they had flooded the bathroom which leaked through the downstairs light fittings and fire alarms. They told me this was normal in English houses! We had to get an electrician out to assess the damage afterwards. They also broke a lock in the window and caused significant scratches to the floor. Their staff were incredibly rude and shouted at me infront of my children when asked to stop. They responded once to my complaint advising they need reports from made up specialists which isn't possible. They have ignored me since!

Our team was instructed to cease work less than an hour after arrival, and we have repeatedly requested evidence linking the concerns raised to the service provided, but none has been supplied.   Outstanding Service — Full Deposit Returned!

  White Regal did an amazing end-of-tenancy clean on our 3-bed semi. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and worked with great attention to detail. Every room was spotless — carpets refreshed, kitchen and oven shining, and bathrooms sparkling. The place looked better than when we moved in. Our landlord was impressed and we received our full deposit back. Highly recommend White Regal for reliable, thorough cleaning and excellent service.

  This is an update on a previous negative review. The company reimbursed me for the bad experience and I suspect it was a one-off anomaly. They were very concerned and quick to respond to resolve the issue. I'm grateful for their resolution.
