Very impressed by Ken. The work was completed to a high standard. He was quick to respond to my initial request, and was been very reliable with good communications throughout and turned up when he said he would. Brilliant from start to finish - extremely professional, and easygoing. We had carpet supplied and fitted in 4 bedrooms, 2 staircases and the landing. Ken was very professional, honest and transparent from start to finish. Carpet samples were left with me to review in my own time. There was no pressure for service and the free quote was very welcomed for old carpet removal, new carpet and fitting. Once I decided to go ahead a small deposit was taken and date agreed for the work. Work was completed to a great standard, very good fitting and quality carpet. I’m very pleased with the result. From the outset it was a pleasure doing business with Ken. His pricing was very reasonable, he arrived ontime with samples and gave us some very good advice when making our choice.
