  John came to investigate so damp patches. He was very prompt. He was very knowledgeable and very reassuring that it was an issue with humidity and condensation rather than an outside issue. He came up with a action plan to to solve the problem patches and saved me tens of thousands of pounds!

  Investigation of some wet patches on my wall

  Joel came to investigate some wet/damp patches that had appeared on my hall. kitchen, stairs and bathroom. He was really knowledgeable and reassuring that it was a simple humidity and condensation issue He suggested some special paint for the walls which he said he could do,or if I was handy with a brush I could do myself and some vents for the bathroom and kitchen.As a single woman, recently bereaved I appreciated his honesty,knowledge and reassurance that it wasn't a big issue needing thousands of pounds to rectify.
