Job location: PR8John came to assess our wet wall. He arrived promptly, measured that the wall was damp in parts with the appropriate equipment. He gave us the reason for the damp, being that water had got through from a leaking window directly above. John felt that a new window fitted the day before by a different worker, was perfectly sealed and that the wall would dry out with the help of our humidifier. At all times John was polite, supportive, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He will review in 6 months leaving us feeling very relieved and reassured by this experience. Thank you John.- TTom N

We had a leak through the wall into the hallway from our shower and were concerned about water damage and possible contamination. John showed us areas of remaining moisture and prescribed a dehumidifier to dry out the wall. He was polite, friendly and punctual. John came to investigate so damp patches. He was very prompt. He was very knowledgeable and very reassuring that it was an issue with humidity and condensation rather than an outside issue.
