  Damp solutions

  Joel and his team provided a number of solutions to deal with some serious damp problems. These ranged from fans and a PIV system to remastering, a damp proof course and damp retardant. The team worked hard and took trouble to clean thoroughly before they left each day. I was really impressed by the finish and the attitude of the whole team. I would definitely recommend DampCav and have already done with my neighbour and a family member.

  Damp issue

  Honest, friendly and accommodating. Joel was the only one of 3 quotes that actually told me it wasn't the issue the others made out! Even though it meant there wouldn't be a job for him this time. Really appreciated him going through the survey with me and giving me all my options. Will certainly reach out for any future work. Always happiest to give my business to someone with integrity. Thanks again Joel, saved me £1300, and a load of unnecessary upheaval!

  Quote for damp proofing work prior to selling a property. We had an expensive quote from the buyer.

  Gav contacted me and gave me advice on how to proceed obtaining a copy of the quote from the buyer of the property. He fit us in extremely quickly for an assessment and the quote was honest, genuine and considerably cheaper than the one the buyer submitted. He talked us through the process and produced the quote the same day so we could submit to the buyer with the intention of saving both parties money whilst completing a quality outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Joel and Dampcav for a friendly reliable service. Thank you for your help Joel.

  Shower room/ utility Damp

  Joel was second to none, he had visited my mum for her initial assessment prior to doing the damp proof course. He was courteous and professional letting us know step by step what the job would entail. He kept me informed throughout. I would use Joel’s company every time. His workmanship is wonderful.
