  Damp investigation and install subfloor ventilation

  I had originally had another firm in who said that I had rising damp in the living room, hall, dining room and porch. I always get more than one quote so I asked Joel to quote for the job. He said he would double check as a second opinion and there was no rising damp! All that was needed was some sub floor ventilation which he completed for me at a fraction of the price the other trader had quoted. Did a great job, punctual, cleaned up and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

  Damp proof course living room

  Condensation and damp removal

  I got in touch with Joel for a survey due to tenants reporting damp and mould. He completed a full survey and provided the solutions to installing a heater in the roof with vents and adding a DPC to the lower floor. The team completed the work to a high standard and putting everything back to how it was (without the damp 🤗). A very professional team that is prompt and keeps everyone updated. Highly recommend Joel and team.

  Dam proofed my lounge and fitted fans in the kitchen and cellar also did some work outside.

  Resolved My Issues with Damp

  Joel and the team quickly identified the root cause of the damp, it was condensation based, as the house is old. To resolve we arranged fitting of damp extractor fans and a PVR system fitted in the loft. The team was professional, the job was completed quickly and the results have been fantastic. No trying to over sell etc, Joel just presents the different options, provides good advice on how to improve the damp in addition to the work we had done. All in all a great customer experience and well worth the money we spent

  Damp solutions

  Joel and his team provided a number of solutions to deal with some serious damp problems. These ranged from fans and a PIV system to remastering, a damp proof course and damp retardant. The team worked hard and took trouble to clean thoroughly before they left each day. I was really impressed by the finish and the attitude of the whole team. I would definitely recommend DampCav and have already done with my neighbour and a family member.
