    Joel and Josh from DampCav completed our damp proofing job to an excellent standard, they were professional, polite and friendly.     Contracted Joel for potential damp in internal walls. Joel came to check property and was really thorough, he explained everything and made sure I understood everything. He provided recommendations and contacted other professionals he worked with to help fix the problem. His investigation also came with a report explaining everything. Joel was really professional and really trustworthy! Would highly recommend!!

    Investigation of some wet patches on my wall

    Joel came to investigate some wet/damp patches that had appeared on my hall. kitchen, stairs and bathroom. He was really knowledgeable and reassuring that it was a simple humidity and condensation issue He suggested some special paint for the walls which he said he could do,or if I was handy with a brush I could do myself and some vents for the bathroom and kitchen.As a single woman, recently bereaved I appreciated his honesty,knowledge and reassurance that it wasn't a big issue needing thousands of pounds to rectify.

We are an East Lancashire based family run business established in 2023 after 25 years working in the construction and maintenance industry.


Our aim is to provide a professional turnkey cost effective solution for the treatment of damp and Mould in customers' homes and properties.


We use modern reliable UK manufactured damp proofing treatments and waterproofing products for long term protection with a manufacturer's insurance backed guarantee.


We stand out from the crowd as a multi-skilled trades company specialising in Rising and Penetrating Damp, Mould, Condensation and Timber treatments. We install a full range of domestic ventilation systems including Positive Input Ventilation and Bathroom and Kitchen extraction.


We provide a low cost survey fee and offer free budget quotations if you have already had a Damp and Timber Survey completed. Just send us the specification and we will be happy to arrange a competitive quotation.


All work is carried out in house, and we don't finish the job until you are completely happy, and the work has exceeded your expectations.
