  Excellent all round. No gimic sales process - a little old school with carbon paper order forms etc over but added to the experience. Installed ahead of time. One part missing but they promptly ordered and installed upon arrival. Very clean and tidy job and so far no issues.

  Decking - Poor Job

  Unfortunately I booked this trader at challenging time for them and I paid for it. Originally booked installation of Decking and redeployment of block paving. £2,500 for labour alone. Decking was uneven, large gaps around edges and inconsistent spacing. Worked very short days and a couple of no shows. I corrected decking myself as much as I could and only after was it admitted that the job was not originally carried out satisfactorily. Repositioning of block paving which was carried out by a different colleague was brilliant but I shouldn’t have had to pay given the poor job with decking.

  Kasey provided a smooth sales process with prompt quoting. 50% deposit required. Bad parts - Didn't turn up on installation day - No repsonse to emails - No answer directly on the phone, promised call backs from contact centre - Closed sign in showroom window for past week
