From the initial call Apex are really professional and friendly. All appointments were confirmed and punctual. All quotes were thorough and a very competitive price. I was very pleased with the timing and efficiency. The team of workers were all friendly, tidy and very competent. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Job location: UB2We had a very positive experience with the window installation team while they carried out amendments to the church hall windows. They were professional, punctual, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality result. From the outset, they worked efficiently and showed great attention to detail, ensuring the work was completed to an excellent standard,. One of the windows arrived cracked but the team were super helpful and quick in replacing this. Fantastic service, great support. Were very clear with all timelines, and everything was delivered early. Our triple glazed windows achieve an energy rating of A++21 and our double glazed windows A+13, making our windows extremely energy efficient. We undertake casement Windows, tilt and turn Windows, Composite Doors, UPVC Doors, Conservatories and more!
We firmly believe that customers should be able to price their own windows, which is why we openly advertise our prices on our website, Google, Facebook, billboards, magazines and newspaper advertisements. We are also happy to visit you in your own home and show you how we work out the cost of your windows, something unique within our industry. This makes the process an enjoyable experience rather than being exposed to high pressure sales techniques adopted by some other Companies.
