Dishonest & Unreliable

Hired a tradesman to decorate multiple rooms. alarm bells should have rung following the dreadful decking work. While cutting-in was neat & gave plenty of advice, overall experience was poor. Paint spilled on furniture & fittings, costs rose 35% unexpectedly, demanded payments before completion breaking the agreed payment plan. Unreliable, dishonest, and left substandard work overall with damage while I was away. No response to question about patched up hole in freshly plastered ceiling. I had to dispose of rubbish. Rehired person previously dismissed. Regret hiring them & wouldn’t recommend.

Decking & pressure wash

Contacted DG restore to complete a variety of jobs erected Decking with platform, pressure wash roof & drive last of all clean tiles and grout in our kitchen. All works completed in the time frame provided extremely happy thank you.

Decking - Poor Job

Unfortunately I booked this trader at challenging time for them and I paid for it. Originally booked installation of Decking and redeployment of block paving. £2,500 for labour alone. Decking was uneven, large gaps around edges and inconsistent spacing. Worked very short days and a couple of no shows. I corrected decking myself as much as I could and only after was it admitted that the job was not originally carried out satisfactorily. Repositioning of block paving which was carried out by a different colleague was brilliant but I shouldn’t have had to pay given the poor job with decking.

Shed dismantle and assemble new shed

Came and dismantled my 2 old shed and then built up my new shed. Took the old sheds away in a day's work. Would highly recommend.
