  Leak detection and repair

  Stephen was really helpful in communicating the issues and dealing with the repair. It turned out that the leak was worse than I had originally thought, and Stephen got the job completed. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend him.

  Thermostat installation & boiler service

  RCB installed a hive thermostat and connected it to the boiler, ensured it was working and then serviced the boiler. They also checked that the radiation’s were sufficient for the property size. The communication with Ricky and his colleagues was really clear and they gave me a clear breakdown of the cost and the materials. They arrived on time and the installer was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. The work completed was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

  UPVC front door repair and bathroom window repair

  Billy was fantastic. He arrived promptly and on time. He communicated what he was going to do and his work was brilliant. He also gave me some additional advice on some maintenance. His quote was also very competitive. I will definitely be working with him again.
