  Stephen was absolutely fantastic. He came round at very short notice and kept me updated when he would arrive. He checked on a suspected leak for me which was in a very tight cupboard space so not the easiest job. He explained to me clearly and patiently what he had found and although he confirmed there was no leak, he gave me recommendations for ongoing management.

  Stop Value issues

  Stephen at Flowmaster was brilliant, and his communication prior to the job being booked in was 10 out of 10. After the initial diagnosis Stephen gave a range of options but was able to fix the issue more efficiently. On the job, there were access issues but Stephen was also about to help with that too. The experience was great and I will keep his details for future work - he was a pleasure to deal with!

  A job done well

  Reponded to my job request to replace radiator thermostats straight away. The work was done quickly with no mess, and Stephen was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use Flowmaster again.

  A Helpful Company

  Steve has helped me with various plumbing problems in the past. He’s competent, pleasant and reliable. I had no hesitation in phoning him again to fix a leak in my small kitchen water tank, which he did. I would thoroughly recommend him.
