  Untrustworthy, inflates prices – do NOT pay upfront

  Very poor experience. The job was to fit four IKEA wall cabinets, with the agreed requirement to reduce their depth, which is a standard IKEA solution and was discussed upfront. Francesco asked for £500 in advance, then left once he realised cutting was required and later tried to increase the price by a further £400 plus VAT. He agreed to refund £400 but after over a month only returned £250, keeping £150 as a call-out fee and £100 for assembling two flat-pack units. Wasted my time and money. He is untrustworthy and I would strongly advise not paying upfront.
