  Finally ...very Professional team

  I had a big electrical job done it by Francesco and his Maestro Tito..they are ultra professional and rilaeble... ..not words but facts...they just do what they say..my previous electrical layout was a joke..a bad joke and I have been lucky that I did not have fire... I now have the electrical certification...they don't do short cuts and cip solutions they go for quality and indurance... I'm very happy of the job they deliveret..very professional...i can only highly raccomanded them

  Fantastic experience ever had with a builder

  Had Francesco over for an initial survey in my Kitchen, 'cause me and my wife wanted to extend the Kitchen. Let me be brutally honest, never met a builder with those skills in my past house projects. Francesco designed and built out kitchen extension with Tito. Me and my half were impressed by their great hard work and the outstand results. Also only 2 people for the whole completion of the work. Thanks guys, you are a fantastic team. Will definitely contact you again for my future building project.

  Impressive skilled team

  This is a Kitchen extension project: had Francesco to design, build and decorate and finishing off my extension. Let me tell ya, at first, I wouldn't believe when he told me only two people could build such as thing. Later on, I was shocked by how Francesco and his business partner could build such a lovely space for me and my family. Incredible skilled person and very technical under every aspect, guided me and my wife trough every aspect, including interior design. It has been the best experience within building and refurbishment aspects with a refurbishment company. Thanks a lot guys

  Untrustworthy, inflates prices – do NOT pay upfront

  Very poor experience. The job was to fit four IKEA wall cabinets, with the agreed requirement to reduce their depth, which is a standard IKEA solution and was discussed upfront. Francesco asked for £500 in advance, then left once he realised cutting was required and later tried to increase the price by a further £400 plus VAT. He agreed to refund £400 but after over a month only returned £250, keeping £150 as a call-out fee and £100 for assembling two flat-pack units. Wasted my time and money. He is untrustworthy and I would strongly advise not paying upfront.

On this occasion you were informed that the refund was only partial to cover the call out charge and the work already done. Our refund policy doesn't usually foresee any refund if not upon discretion and on case-by-case situations, so we only acted accordingly. You were also informed on the refund payment coming later because of the holidays. Nonetheless, we appreciated the time you took to review and wish you a great week.
