  Had Francisco and his team for my kitchen extension. This guy is incredibly knowledged, and 10 out of 10 wouldn't be enough for us to rate his services. He helped me through the project from design stage to completion. It was always there to make sure me and my wife have a full understand of little details. It turned out his advices were incredibly helpful. Best experience ever with a building company. Will definitely hire him again for our loft project. Thank you so much Francisco for your lovely and hard work. If you still haven't contact him for your works, it's time for you to do it. 😃

  Wren Kitchen fitting

  I hired Francesco to help with fitting our Wren kitchen. Let me tell you not only was he a pleasure to work with, but he was also very knowledgeable and skilled with fitting kitchens and carpentry in general. Francesco is very respectful and knowledgeable and one of the nicest tradesmen we have come across and trust me over the past few months we have come across a lot. I would 1000% recommend him and will be using him again.

  kitchen update

  A&F purposefully underquoted, pressured us to start the job ahead of our timeline, then once our kitchen was unusable tried to more than 2-3x the overall price for various issues he was aware of before he started. After we found another electrician to replace our consumer box (probably to a much higher standard), he began retaliating by becoming unreliable with scheduling, and even sloppier & lazier with his work. He tried to recoup expenses by overcharging for consumables (e.g. £300 for grout.) Due to his dishonesty, we had to constantly double check his recommendations. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT.

  We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience and that our services didn't meet your expectations. The first quote included only what was described initially in your request. Further jobs/tasks were always quoted as extra - as mentioned in our terms and conditions - as they were not in scope as per the initial agreement. If you go to buy bread at the grocery store and come back with a whole trolley full of stuff, you are surely meant to spend more than expected, right? Your worktop contractor took longer than expected to finish their part of the job - this caused a delay of 3-4 weeks in our schedule, which then crashed with other booked jobs we had. But despite that, we tried our best to meet halfway. So we weren't lazy, we were just committed to our customers. About some materials' costs, we offer our prices as trade people, and those prices may or may not be cheaper, this is why we often say that if you prefer, you can buy them yourself. As pictures, you added the sockets that - again - were not in scope for us and your electrician/another contractor should have taken care of those. We appreciate the time you spent in leaving the review and we wish you a nice rest of the week.

  Kitchen wiring

  Francesco was amazing! He came straight away to fix our kitchen wiring, gave a quick and reasonable quote and the work was done to the highest standard! Thanks again!

  put in new consumer unit

  new consumer unit installed. Electrician was very helpful and made me feel secure in his work. He left premises clean and tidy and was always happy to explain when I did not understand work being carried out. I would not hesitate to suggest his company to anyone else who was looking for similar work to be carried out
