  Initial contact was via the website. The responding telephone call came promptly, and was very helpful in identifying the problem. The agent ordered the part and then booked the appointment at our convenience. The engineer contacted us to confirm details, and arrived at the specified time. He replaced the part with great efficiency, was extremely courteous, and very helpful. We were very pleased and impressed with the standard of work.
