  Water ingress issue

  The installation went well, however, since I have had issues with water ingress through the patio door that was installed. Which has caused water damage to my property. Ibhave tried contacting the company numerous times but they do not answer or respond to my messages.

  I was informed that someone would be out to conduct the survey. I was told i would have a 30 minute warning before they arrive. I waited in all day with no one turned up. I rang to check and they said someone was on the way to me. 90 minutes later and after 1715 i rang again to cancel, as no one had shown up and i didnt want someone coming in the evening, if they would even come at all.

  Ben was great. He promptly came out for qoute and subsequently undated the qoute when I asked for alternative door choice. Ben carried out the work to a high standard. He was on time and kept me informed throughout the work.
