Great service from Britannia Windows for the installation of 5 new windows at my house. Their communication was excellent from survey, through ordering and installation. Avoid this company the price is good but work provided terrible. Waiting for the after sale to sort it out but they don't even answer a phone. First every screw in the windows looks like a 5 year old would fit it. They damage walls in 2 rooms and the wooden ledge using some kind of cleaning chemicals. We had a new porch, floor and front door moved from Brittania. After being let down by a national company, we decided to go locally and I'm so pleased we did. Paul in the sales team was fantastic and so helpful, immediately putting us at ease. He arranged for everything. On the day of fitting, the workman came and was friendly, polite and really quick.
