  STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM I wouldn’t recommend this company as we have been lied to by multiple members of staff and they have taken our money when they couldn’t even measure the windows correctly and the job for nine windows took over seven months and still wasn’t finished with five of the windows not the right size. The four windows that were the right size were fitted badly and we had to get a decorator in to make good the mess. The install team smoked all day and constantly ran the company down. We asked for a refund as lost all confidence in them but they told us that they would pursue us f

  I do not usually do reviews but on this occasion will make an exception. From start to finish it all went smoothly. Customer Service people kept me informed regularly as to progression of my order. Come the day of installation the fitter (who I think was called Lee) was pretty much on time. Nice bloke. He got on with the job and left the site clean. He was buoyed up by my coffee and biscuits though. Can't comment on the price though as generally I'm not bothered about getting other quotes. All in all very pleased with my new door and would recommend this Company.

  Britannia, Bognor The fitting went very well indeed and I am so pleased with the front door. It has completely transformed the entry way and I have had so many compliments! This is the 2nd time I have used Britannia for double glazing. Apart from the quality & value of the products, the main attributes of this branch of Britannia W&D; are the employees, and at the sharp end of installation are the ‘nothing is too much trouble’ fitters themselves. A very big thank you to Pete & David who went above and beyond. Much appreciated, great job!

  From beginning to end, my experience with Britannia Windows has been exceptional. The process started with a home visit from the manager, who provided an in‑depth explanation of all the options available and gave me a clear, fair quote right there on the spot. The pricing felt very reasonable, especially considering that Britannia manufacture their own windows, which puts them firmly in what I’d call the mid‑range price bracket with a top‑range result.
