  Drains surveyed with CCTV. Efficient and rapid response. I was sent a map of my drains and also a video of what the camera recorded.

  Disappointed

  Despite the engineer's efforts, the problem with the blocked sewer pipe was only cured temporarily. Two days later the blockage problem reoccurred. Fortunately Severn Trent Water fixed the problem and cleared the blockage properly. They used a camera to assess the problem, which Drain Division didn't. Waste of £286 really.

  The engineer did advise -Arrived at property to find the customers MH located by front door to be overflowing out of lid. The 4”clay line runs across the front drive and into neighbours drive where there is a MH located in their driveway. Lifted neighbours MH lid and it was also full. Line becomes shared beyond customers boundary so would expect beyond there it becomes the water boards line. I did explain to customer the line was shared and he could call the water board. Customer wanted the problem resolved though.

  Excellent service from start to finish. All staff a credit to the company. Given that I know nothing about drains, they explained different things. The engineer attended first thing the next day and such a nice chap. I was not at the property, but he phoned to advise when he would attend and kept me updated throughout the process and also advised when he had finished. I’ve since been provided with all the information from the report and was even phoned so that I could discuss and go through any queries. The whole process has been made very stress free.
