  Drain survey by helpful crew

  Requested drain survey and fitting of two rat gates. Engineer rang and gave notice of arrival. Arrived af time requested. Two people. They were polite, courteous, helpful and got on with the job. They asked me relevant questions and gave helpful advice. Job completed, camera survey sent to me and payment taken by card reader. I would recommend their services.

  Good Service, Phone quote didn't state cost was per person

  Good service, and they managed to make it to my property within a working day or so. Prices over the phone seemed reasonable, however upon arrival I was informed that they charge per person, and I had two people arrive so this increased the cost by about 30% from what I was expecting. Work was carried out quickly and it was cleared, but having seen other local prices that were similar to the phone quote, I wouldn't use again.

  Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the gully was full of fats and grease, for which there is no option but to use high pressure jetting. When jetting is required under The Water Jetting Association regulations two or more engineers are needed for H & S. Although 2 engineers are in our vans they are only chargeable if used. Luckily the works were completed within 1/2 hour, the minimum amount of time. If you avoid putting fats down the sink, you shouldn't need to call any company out.

  Excellent company

  Excellent service from the company. Phoned with a blocked drain issue which the engineer sorted within a few hours. Another problem with root damage was found which Ben explained. Booked in 2 days later where work was carried out by Ben and Leon. Very polite and courteous. Would recommend company
