  company was very quick in respond and arrived on time to do the job done very efficiently, only thing is the cap for plugging the hole they made to clear the drain was very expensive, otherwise all is good

  Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Due to lack of access to the drain, the engineer had no option but to cut an access point into the pipework. This was then resealed after with a bung. Pleased that the problem was resolved quickly

  Drain people who know what they are doing.

  I had a problem with a soakaway from the drive which was not clearing the water away. The person who attended knew about the problems that you can have with this type of drain and had it working in 30 mins. No call out fee so I only paid for the time he was here.

  Faultless service from drain division. From call-out to the work being completed the guys were nothing but professional and did a great job clearing my blocked drain system and gave me peace of mind the issue has finally been resolved.

  Avoid. For the following reasons: - purposeful complete lack of transparency around cost of job. - pressurised upsell driven by instilling time pressure and fear of what might happen - extortionate costs - vague and incomplete follow up report, low level of detail leaving it useless. - extortionate quote for follow up work, without clarity of whether this would solve the issue. This is not a good business, they are out for as much of your money as they can get, in return for as little as they can give, and they use unscrupulous methods to achieve this.

  Checktrade have been provided the sound file of the booking where you were quoted the rates, job sheet where you had signed in 4 places to agree the rates. The report which you chased us for (hardly pressured selling) which details every fault found.
