  Drainage investigation

  They were prompt to book in an initial survey to investigate the problem. After rebooking this at the last minute for the following day, the engineers attended were professional and efficient. They verbally confirmed a plan of work and provided verbal quotes for repair. Getting the resulting written copies of the report, quote, and CCTV of the survey from their office team has proved impossible. After emailing multiple times to enquire we received a quote that was more than 50% higher than the original and now more than 10 working days later we still have not received the footage etc.

  We do inform that reports take up to 10 days. The survey was carried out on 18/10. Report emailed on 23/10 and footage on 28/10. All within 10 days. Your emailing 'multiple times' was once! The cost is the same as verbally given. The review is not true.

  Very good service, came out the next day and cleared the drain, explained the costs up front and reasonable cost.

  A. 7-month problem with my main drain.

  Absolutely unbelievable. Two of the nicest guys possible. They came over, sorted out the problem straight away. It turned out to be on the other side of the boundary and wasn't my problem. It was a block drain. But they told me what to say, how to say it and how to get help from Anglian Water because they couldn't actually work on it on that day. But I fully understood and was the best money off spent. Were two of the nicest guys you could possibly imagine.

  Fist class 5 star service

  Drain Division arranged a visit for the next day. The two engineers that came out were brilliant. They were polite, engaging and explained everything they were going to do. Following the work they showed me live film of inside the pipe which they had unblocked and descaled. First class service - thank you

  Cleared a clogged kitchen sink

  While arrived a bit later than planned once here they did the job in a professional manner solving the issue in around an hour
