  Drain blockage from kitchen sink

  The initial communication was very good and pricing clear. For me having to wait around all day was not good particularly when I was informed late in the afternoon that the engineer would not be coming. The following day again I waited until late afternoon before eventually I received the call that the engineer was on the way. From here on the service was excellent the engineer doing a great job and leaving the site clean and tidy. Both men were very polite and efficient doing a good job.

  Struggling with repeat sewage blockage.

  Sam and Lee from Drain Division were absolutely amazing. We have been struggling with the whole drainage system since we moved in. It is an old house and the landlords just send a handyman to tweak it. Two weeks later it is blocked again. Sam did a 100% job on the sewage and discovered that out drains are blocked with old food from previous renters. If he did not do that they would probably have send the handyman and we would have limped on. Will definitely use Drain Division again and will refer you yo anyone who would listen. Thank you so much for a brilliant job.

  To unblock a sewer

  I was very impressed by the attention to detail by the two engineers who were very thorough in their approach to the problem of my blocked sewer . They located the problem and carried out a temporary repair which overcame the problem and gave me time to arrange a permanent repair.
