  Ben and Leon arrived within hours of the call, assessed the situation quickly, got to work on the problem, identified what the root cause was and fixed that as well. Polite, personable, knowledgeable and hard working, what more do you need?

  Very expensive

  They did a good job and unblocked my blockage . The men were polite and kept me informed , maybe too informed when it’s over £100 every 15 minutes . Telling me what they were doing probably, took 15 minutes hanging around which I paid another £100 plus . What really got my back up , after they had finished, was the 20 minutes I PAID FOR WHEN THEY SAT IN THE VAN writing up my bill . A total rip off !!! To charge after job was finished !! They also charge for plant hire which u would think was special equipment !! No it’s the drain Unblocker that’s everywhere uses .. plant hire nearly £300

  We ensure that all customers are fully aware of costs, quoting both labour and plant hire on the phone, and gaining signatures on site prior to any works. Your plumber had previously attended and said that you need a drainage engineer as he was unable to clear. As plumbers carry plungers and rods this would have meant that jetting was required. As you agree you were kept informed throughout making you aware of the costs. I have checked the van's tracker and the time on site confirms you were not charged for the time writing up the report and invoice. Your problem has finally been resolved
