  new drainage pipe required to replace a blockage that couldn't be resolved

  Alick diagnosed a blockage to a drainage pipe causing my washing machine to overflow. Despite his best efforts the blockage could not be cleared. He came back the following day and rerouted the pipe to the main drain. This involved a lot of hard physical work as part of my rear patio had to be dug up to do this. Alick worked like a Trojan and was always both polite and professional. The problem is now resolved and I thank Alick and Drain Division for their timely and professional attention. Recommended

  Blocked drains with complications

  I returned from holiday to find a blocked main drain. I called Drain Division that morning and Mason and Connor attended. The problem was more than initially expected but was diagnosed quickly with CCTV surveillance and skillfully sorted that day. I was given an itemised estimate which my insurance company have since said they will reimburse. Everybody I have dealt with in the office has been wonderful. Thank you.

  Main drain was blocked causing foul water to overflow from the manhole.

  I tried several drainage companies most said they were really busy and couldn't say when they'd be able to get to me. One said their next appointment was a week away! Drain Division came with a couple of hours and cleared the issue quickly and efficiently. They were also reasonably priced.
