  Creet Street Maintenance (CSM) proved the perfect answer to my dilemma - how to fit the new toilet seat. I had tried and failed - and then Brent of CSM arrived. He had the knowledge and the tools - and soon enough the job was done perfectly. Brent was friendly as well as skilled and the cost of the job was very reasonable.   Mark the locksmith was the consummate professional - he encountered a number of issues as he worked to fix the lock and realign the door and in the end everything was put right. I'm very grateful that the job was done so well and at a reasonable cost.
