  Unprofessional, unreliable - his job needs to be re-done now

  Very disappointing experience. He arrived around 2 hours late without letting us know and was not properly prepared for the job. We also had to point out areas that had been missed. Within only 2 days, the new shower sealant started coming away in several places, leaving us unable to use the shower due to concerns about leaks and mould. He agreed to return and fix it, but did not turn up and did not inform us. Despite repeated WhatsApp messages and calls on several days, we have received no response. The entire job now needs to be removed and redone by someone else.

  Creet Street Maintenance (CSM) proved the perfect answer to my dilemma - how to fit the new toilet seat. I had tried and failed - and then Brent of CSM arrived. He had the knowledge and the tools - and soon enough the job was done perfectly. Brent was friendly as well as skilled and the cost of the job was very reasonable. I warmly recommend Creet Street Maintenance and Brent.
