  Scale inhibitor spraying water, stop cock siezed.

  Bank holiday leak! Initial conversation was great, sympathetic discussion, got an engineer to visit before noon. He sourced parts quickly and got straight on with the job efficiently and good humoured. We asked if he could relocate the stop cock behind washing machine as was too snug. He did this happily. Such a relief to get everything sorted quickly and at very good price. Stored their number in contact list as had not great experience with others. Thankyou!

  Repair broken plaster, exposed brick.

  Paul was very accommodating when I needed to change the date due to other works. They arrived promptly this morning, got on efficiently, walk looks great now, advised on when/how to redecorate. Tidied up very well. Good price. Would definitely get them to do future jobs.

  Victorian end terrace, restoration of bricks

  Matt and Billy worked very well together to remove render, mortar, numerous hidden breeze blocks. Despite the dust they were always positive and cheerful. Matt talked through options as the job progressed. One pleasant surprise was how well the side of house bricks cleaned up beautifully after 130 years worth of dirt/ carbon! He gave options for replacement soft reds, found a great match and the same for the Lyme mortar, we went for warmer tone. The mortar tied it all together very well! Highly recommended them for restoring your brickwork! Thankyou!

  Restoring brickwork to 130 year old Victorian end terrace

  Great communication from the beginning, discussed issues realistically as the job unfolded. Fantastic finished job! We had removal of failed render and lots of breeze blocks that had been used instead of bricks. The side of house was dark with carbon, cleaned up very well. All repointed in Lyme mortar. It looks like a new house! Matt organised scaffold, skip and other help when needed. He and Bill worked hard to restore these old bricks, they were always cheerful, approachable and tidied up as they went along.

  7 new windows installed

  Martyn and Matthew were prompt, swiftly installed the windows with care and professionalism. They tidied up as they went along. They were approachable and helpful when we realised we needed replacement windowsills. The office team were fantastic over the phone, via email and in person from the initial enquiry in their show room to the home visit. The surveyor Matt was efficient and reassuring as he visited during building works to take a closer look as we had render removed. We are incredibly happy with the installation.
