  Very professional and helpful service

  AE Plumbing were very fast to respond to an emergency ceiling leak. They were very professional, quickly finding the source of the leak and fixing it. The plumber was also very helpful in advising how to prevent further damage.

  Friendly services from initial call to completion of work. Filled out the checkatrade on line form and had a call within minutes. Came the same day same the guys were polite and very professional keeping me informed the whole way through the process. Following the assessment they provided a quote before any work was carried out. Would recommend this company.

  Rafi and his team did a great job. The turnaround was the same day, which was great, given that Dyno Rod had told us they couldn't complete the work for a month. Rafi also made follow-up calls to check we were happy with the outcome. Perfect service and a great outcome. I would recommend AE Plumbing & Drainage.

  Good experience under difficult circumstances

  They came over to perform an emergency same-day fix to our toilet. Had a couple scheduling issues beyond their control, however, the gentleman on the phone was very customer focused and wanted to ensure I had the best possible experience with them. The gentleman who came by also had quality service in mind and not only fixed the immediate issue but also fixed up any other secondary issues discovered so that we would be in a good state for while to come.

  The plumber came as promised within the time frame stated to repair the leak. Clear instructions received as to how to minimise the impact from the off. After assessing the work, clear instructions given as to what needed to be carried out and why. Grateful for all the support here.
