  Outside drain blocked

  Raffi was very prompt in both messaging and ringing shortly after my post and within a very short time repairman was here to assess situation. Discussed with me what needed to be done. Before any work started Raffi reviewed all costing even provided discount as first time customer. Drain was cleared quickly and efficiently. The service and customer focus was spot on and will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

  I had a great experience with Rafie. I contacted them over the bank holidays weekend and they booked me for the next day. They arrived in time, discussed the job and quoted me a fair price. they carried out the work within 2 hrs to a very high standard. I am pleased with the attention to the details and it is rare to find someone reliable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

  Unidentified leak coming through my ceiling.

  (sorry in advance for not remembering people's names) Chap on the phone was great - honest, straight-forward, reassuring. It was a bit chaotic on my end (sorry!) but he was very patient. Organised having a plumber out to me in just over an hour (perfect!) - and that man was just as fantastic. He came in, found the issue, explained it to me and said what was needed doing, then he did it, told me what he'd done, and then very politely left again. Chap on the phone walked me through sorting out the invoice, all straight-forward and easy to follow. All round excellent service. Highly recommend!

  Blocked WC / Drains

  Highly recommend this company. Downstairs WC appeared to be draining slowly. On further inspection the drainage system was completely blocked. A free quote was provided prior to any further work commencing. What initially appeared to be a relatively straightforward issue turned into a 3 hour job. The issue was resolved and diligent inspection of drainage further down the road confirmed that all was well. The completed work also came with a guarantee which adds peace of mind.

  The guys at AE always take good care of us. They pop over fast and at a good price. The engineers are knowledgeable, get the job done and are friendly too. Recommend.
