  Front Door installation

  Brilliant service provided from start to finish. Staff in the office are really friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem. We were kept up to date frequently from placing our order, then updates on a fitting date, who would be coming out to fit and also what to expect on the day. Martyn and Michael were our fitters. Both were friendly, professional and hard working. They talked me through how the door works and everything I needed to know. You wouldn't have known they had been there once the fitting was done, the clean up was immaculate. Really pleased with the service and the door.

  Mending a jammed door

  The French doors leading to our garden had been jammed ever since we purchased our house. No one knew how to mend them, until I contacted APS Window Company. I worried the job might be too small for them, but Colin came around, assessed the problem, and returned two days later to mend the doors. He was so kind, he made certain I was happy that I could open, close and lock them before he left. They work beautifully now! Many thanks!

  Replacement of a rotten old wooden-frame window

  French doors

  The fitters turned up on time, placed dust sheets over the furniture and carpet. Finished the job in reasonable time to a high standard by Harrison and Callum.

  I have used APS on several occasions over the years and continue to be impressed from this latest job. Right from initial quotation, through survey and then installation, every one of the team provide excellent customer service delivered in a polite manner. Special thanks must go to Martyn and Michael for the consideration, attention to detail, quality of work and cleanliness - Mrs B was very happy with how well they tidied up, she didn't even realise they had been, unless you looked at the windows ! Well done, as usual, to all at APS.
