  Fast and Efficient - will 100% use again

  Very pleased with the service. Called about our boiler issue and they came out the same day, which was a relief. Even better, they had the correct part with them so it was all sorted in one visit — no waiting around for a second appointment. Work was done quickly and tidily, and they explained what the problem was. Hard to find tradespeople this well-prepared. Would definitely use them again.

  Kitchen lighting test and diagnosis

  Jon arrived on time and fixed the electrical issue. However, pricing wasn’t clear - quoted £60 for inspection but charged £60/hour for 2 hours despite being on-site just over an hour. During the work the faceplate was scratched and a toggle switch broken, leaving the switch unfitted. I had to source replacement parts and complete the installation myself. Jon acknowledged the damage but I ended up doing significant additional work after paying for the service.
