7.33 Kitchen lighting test and diagnosis

Jon arrived on time and fixed the electrical issue. However, pricing wasn’t clear - quoted £60 for inspection but charged £60/hour for 2 hours despite being on-site just over an hour. During the work the faceplate was scratched and a toggle switch broken, leaving the switch unfitted. I had to source replacement parts and complete the installation myself.
