  Jon was booked for one job initially which was replacing a door handle (supplied), Jons communications were very good giving confidence that we had the right part and that Jon was aware of tools needed etc. Jon accomplished the job with ease and tested the mechanism fully.. Considering the timescale from posting to completion was in less than 24hours very good result.

  Jon was prompt in responding to the call. He let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. He communicated well and fixed the issue within a short time. The wiring was incorrect on the switch and fan and he was quick to fix the issue.
