I wanted bathroom taps and push plugs replaced as well as a new kitchen tap fitted.

Steve was very prompt and concise when contacting me to find out more about what I needed and to book my job. Ollie was friendly and determined to get the jobs done and done right. This included heading out to find extra fittings needed. I’ll be booking Clearwater again to get some other plumbing issues sorted.

Steve reached out on a weekend when I filled in the request on the Checkatrade website. He provided a reasonable quote and booked us in for a powerflush in the coming week, so we were not without hot water for too long. He arrived punctually and worked efficiently, got our system cleaned up so the boiler was performing properly again. He did the boiler itself and each radiator one at a time, and explained things as he went. He also showed me all the metal and sludge that was extracted by the flushing machine. Would definitely use Steve and Clearwater again.

Clearwater Plumbing were so helpful - contacted me immediately with easy communication and offered to come within 24 hours. We then arranged a day to suit us both and they arrived and conducted all work efficiently and explained it all to me very well. The best experience I have had with a plumber!
