  He was very helpful, suggested a few solutions before coming, unfortunately none of them worked so I booked him to come out. He arrived on time and was very polite and helpful he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.

  Toilet Cistern Repair

  The toilet cistern had become progressively more difficult and inefficient to use over an extended period time. I admit that I should have had it repaired earlier but for various personal reasons put it off. However, once I sought assistance I could not have received any better response. It was attended to the next day. Time and cost estimates were given at the outset. All the remedial work was carried thoroughly and to a very high standard. Good communication and regular updates of progress. Very pleased with the result and close attention to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended service.
